Product Manager Digital Insurance

Scope:   You will be responsible for the on-time completion of activities related to engagement with the stakeholders for the implementation of mandatory insurance schemes for the clients. Work in cross-functional team to ensure project delivery success. You will also be responsible for business growth and profitability of the business.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Proposes and delivers cost effective solutions to meet the requirements in B2B, Agri & Retail areas.
  • End to end management of product lifecycle
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyze the existing product processes to enhance and bring efficiency in the overall lifecycle
  • Closely work with and support channels including Sales, Business, Operations and Contact Center / IT, SBP, Govt. sector.
  • Training for Sales, Contact Center and other relevant stakeholders
  • Handling customer complaints related to portfolio

Requirements

Education & Experience:  

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • 5 years of professional experience in Product management
  • Experienced professional in Banking / Telecom / Insurance sector

  Skills Required:  

  • Strong analytical & presentation skills with the ability to process and validate the data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of preparing business cases
  • Must have awareness of digital channels including App, Retailer, USSD, Web etc.
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle
